What to include
If your message is about an existing order, put your order number in it. If something arrived damaged or faulty, attach a photo. That usually lets us sort it in one reply instead of three.
When we reply
Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday. Replies come by email, so check your spam folder if you do not see one.
Returns
Do not send anything back before contacting us. We are an online shop and returns are handled case by case — once a return is approved we email you the correct return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without that cannot be tracked or refunded. Full terms are on the Returns & Refunds page.
