Delivery: most orders arrive 7-20 business days after processing. Holidays and peak periods can add a few days.
Tracking: we email a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. It can take 2-3 days for the first scan to appear.
Where we ship: the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
Separate parcels: order several items and they may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Wrong address: tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it before the parcel leaves. After that we cannot change it.
