Privacy Policy

This page explains what dstore.fun collects when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

dstore.fun, an online-only shop operating from Dallas, Texas, United States. We have no public premises. Reach us through the contact form, which is the quickest way to get a reply and the route to use for any request about your data.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
  • When you create an account: your email address and password. The password is stored hashed — we cannot read it.
  • When you contact us: whatever you put in the message.
  • Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard server logs and cookies.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details go straight to them — they do not pass through this site. Stripe has its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Why we use it

  • To take payment, ship your order and email you tracking.
  • To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
  • To calculate sales tax where we are required to charge it.
  • To keep the site working and to spot fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to get your order to you: our payment processor (Stripe), the suppliers and carriers who pack and deliver your parcel, and our web host. They get only what they need — a supplier gets your shipping address, not your payment details.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart and session working, and to remember whether you are logged in. Blocking cookies in your browser will break the cart and checkout.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as US tax and accounting rules require — generally seven years. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.

Your choices

Message us through the contact form and you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy of it. If you are a Texas or California resident you have these rights by statute; we extend the same handling to everyone. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We verify the request against the email address on the order, and answer within 45 days.

Deleting an account does not erase completed order records we are legally required to keep.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
